The villa offers a generous living area of 320m2 on a plot with a beautifully maintained garden of 1500m2. The decoration is a mix of the Provencal style and modern with tasteful furniture. Villa Capon has full air conditioning. The sea view from the second floor is magnificent and ensures a relaxing and comfortable stay in Saint Tropez
On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a TV lounge and office as well as a small laundry room. Stairs take you to the second floor where you will find the open kitchen and dining room. The whole room has a beautiful beamed ceiling with French doors to both sides of the villa. The master bedroom can be found on this floor and it too has an ensuite bathroom. At the front of this floor is a terrace overlooking the sea, which you also have from the bedroom and kitchen. At the rear is a shaded terrace overlooking the pool for relaxing or dining al fresco.
Next to the villa is an annex with gym, a second full kitchen and a sixth bedroom with private bathroom. Daily housekeeping is included in the price.
The fashionable center of Saint Tropez is minutes away as is the quiet beach of Canoubier. A few minutes away you will find the famous sandy beach of Pampelonne.
