This large spacious villa has a sophisticated Provençal interior where no detail has been over-looked.

Located in the prestigious private estate "Les Parcs de Saint-Tropez" it offers complete privacy in secluded stunning Mediterranean garden bordered by cypress, palm and stone pine trees. The property is also within easy walking distance of a private beach!

The main floor is home to two cream-coloured living rooms which feature enormous windows and open onto a terrace with a lounge area on one side and to the pool and the park on the other.

A 50 m2, fully equipped professional kitchen opens onto both the indoor and outdoor dining areas. This room is also flooded with natural light via the large thanks to the large oval shaped windows that line the edge of the building.

For those that want to sooth aching muscles following a day of activity, you'll enjoy the the privilege of the villa's steam room, or if you still have the energy, you can keep fit in its gym.

The pool

The outdoor pool is large and features a fountain at the far end. Surrounded by sandy paving stones with their tops meeting the waters edge, there are a number of comfortable sun beds that all have a shared parasol.
