This stunning 600 m2 property is located just a few minutes from Salins beach in a peaceful area with stunning countryside views.

The drive, which is lined by olive trees, leads you away from the main road towards the secluded impressive facade of the villa. From here you can see the large floor to ceiling glass windows that surround the top floor, where the main living area is. This spacious open plan room includes comfortable L-shaped sofas centred around a log fire. The fully fitted modern kitchen with range cooker is at the far side of the room and has large glass doors leading out onto the terrace dining area. There is a second dining area on the other side of the villa so you can choose if you want to be in the sun or the shade at any time of day.

The villa also includes a separate TV room that doubles as a play area for children. Adults can make use of the full equipped gym that has a selection of weights and cardio machines.

The pool

The beautiful pool area is surrounded by wooden decking, palm trees and stone pines. There are plenty of chic black sun-beds dotted around the pool for you to relax on as well as brightly coloured cushion chairs.
