This modern villa with private swimming pool is located at only 600 m from the lovely village of Plan-de-la-Tour with its cosy restaurants, bars and shops. The view over the vineyards is beautiful and assures you of the necessary rest while the beautiful beaches of Sainte-Maxime are not far away.
Villa Dumas is situated next to another identical villa (D'Artagnan) which you can also rent via us, you can then stay with a group or multiple families with up to 16 people. Each villa has its own garden and swimming pool as well as a covered terrace and a beautiful solarium terrace around the pool.
Villa Dumas can accommodate up to 8 people and consists of a main building for 6 people and a separate studio for 2 additional people. The villa has 2 floors and offers a living/dining room on the ground floor with an open kitchen and access to the terrace and pool area. Furthermore, on this level you will find 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet. Via the stairs you reach the 1st floor where you will find 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom with shower. Furthermore 1 bedroom (very suitable for children) with 2 single beds, TV, DVD and game console. This room has a private bathroom with bath. A separate toilet is located in the hallway.
The studio that can be rented additionally is located on the ground floor (with its own entrance from the terrace) and has 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with bath and toilet. If you want to rent this studio extra, please choose the option "extra beds" when booking and the price will be calculated.
Important to know: pets are on request and the villa can only be rented from Sunday to Sunday. On the spot you have to pay the costs for final cleaning, linen, energy consumption and a possible pet.
