Villa Colibri is a beautiful design villa located in La Croix-Valmer, near Saint-Tropez and the beaches of Ramatuelle and Gigaro. The stylish villa has panoramic views of the ocean, endless vineyards and the Golden Islands. This dream house with a heated infinity pool and jacuzzi is located in a very quiet area and consists of a main villa and 3 attached luxury apartments that can be rented on request. The house is elegantly furnished and finished with high-end interior design.
The spacious villa offers over 3 levels has 5 bedrooms. The first floor consists of an entrance hall and bathroom, a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining room for large group dinners, a lounge, and a spacious open and fully equipped kitchen that can be closed by a sliding door. All rooms open onto a beautiful and huge terrace, the swimming pool with fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea. The second floor has a spacious master bedroom with its own fireplace, shower and bath, as well as two other double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have wonderful sea views and provide access to a sun-drenched terrace with sun beds. Downstairs is a movie room with a cozy sitting area, and two more double bedrooms (one of which opens onto a beautiful patio) with a shared bathroom and laundry room.
The outdoor space is equally fabulous, with a 12 x 4 meter heated infinity pool, a Jacuzzi, and a comfortable sitting area perfect for meditation moments. The pool house, with outdoor shower and laundry room, is equipped with a barbecue. The huge wooden table offers stunning views of the sea and islands - the perfect place for large groups to have lunch or dine in grand style. On the same plot, but separated from the villa, are 3 independent luxury apartments. Each has its own entrance, a separated terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. If desired, the 3 apartments can be connected to the villa via the pool house stairs, creating one large unit.
