Located in the private estate of L’Escalet, just a few minutes from Pampelonne beaches, Villa Pauline is a modern creation of inspiring Provençal style, facing the amazing Cap Taillat.
The house overlooks a lovely Occitan garden and an infinity pool surrounded by a large teak terrace.
The outdoor space consists of several summer living and dining rooms, facing different directions for perfect sunshine and shade at any hour of the day.
The main floor located upstairs, with enormous windows, has very little separations between the different living areas in order to fully enjoy the natural pouring light.
A large American style white and stainless steel kitchen opens onto the indoor living and dining rooms facing the Bay.
This level also features the master bedroom with two private terraces, an office space and a bathroom. The other four bedrooms, opened onto the garden, are located on the lower level that also houses three bathrooms.
Villa Pauline is a peaceful sanctuary, only few minutes from the beach with a spectacular view on the bay of L’Escalet: a magical place to share special moments with friends and family.
