The semi-gourmet restaurant distinguishes itself as much for the taste of its delicious dishes as for its dream views over the upper reaches of Ramatuelle and the turquoise sea.
The Chef, Loïc Gaboriau, who also runs the Bellecôte in Courchevel, gives centre stage to Mediterranean dishes which are just as inventive as they are refined, with roast cod steak with thyme, rolled lamb with caramelised vegetables, roast fillet of sea bream with stuffed artichokes. Savour these delights from the a la carte or set menu in the peace and quiet of the panoramic terrace and enjoy the view over the sea, the vineyards and the typical village of Ramatuelle.
Lunch can be enjoyed near the pool, where it is served in the high season from mid-June to mid-September.
