1. The Pationata Restaurant
This restaurant is situated within the luxury Hotel de Paris and is run by the Michelin Starred chef Philippe Guerin.
The sophisticated interior is decorated in a chic style drawing on fashions from the sixties and seventies with wicker walls and ceilings, floors laid with wide black granite tiles, chandeliers with metal pendants and yellow curtains with geometric patterns. Al-fresco dinning among the orange trees can also be enjoyed during the summer months on the restaurants beautiful terrace.
To match this stylish atmosphere is elegant Mediterranean cuisine that is full of flavour, using fresh local products. The menu, which is re-invented each season, includes seafood dishes, meat dishes as well as pastas and risottos.
As well as a la carte options, the restaurant offers a very reasonable three course quality menu for €50.
Naturally, as such a high class establishment, the restaurant has its very own wine cellar with over 350 outstanding wines so you are sure to find the perfect tipple to accompany your food.
The restaurant is open for breakfast from 7:00 daily and evening meal only between 19:00 - 22:00 or 20:00 - 23:30 in the high season.
