True to his style, Chef Eric Canino remains at the helm of a restaurant reputed for its culinary creativity and offers cuisine as light as a gentle breeze under the immaculate white sail shades on the terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean.

Initially chef for Michel Guérard prior to becoming Executive Chef at La Réserve Ramatuelle, Eric Canino plays with the authentic flavours of the South, a land endowed with an inherently generous nature.

This is the restaurant of the luxury hotel the Chateau de Valmer Spa Hotel. Chef Jimmy Coutel gained his first Michelin star at La Palmeraie in 2017. Creating cuisine inspired by his organic vegetable garden and fresh seasonal produce he serves gastronomic dishes to excite the tastebuds. Recipes are rooted in Mediterranean and Provencal traditions and reflect to perfection the spirit of the location, authenticity, respect for nature and local produce.

The restaurant of the Bastide de Saint-Tropez hotel is run by Sardinian chef, Alessandro Caria, and his team.

Home to century-old olive trees, this delightful setting is host to generous Italian cuisine, where high-quality local produce (like cured meats) is served alongside home-made pasta and recipes: tagliatelle with clams and tuna roe, Sardinian-style seafood, escalope of veal à la Marsala, and many more classic Italian dishes, simply made better.
