In the heart of an Andalusian garden or on the terrace opening on to the park, you can enjoy a dinner under the stars in a calm and authentic Provencal environment.

This is the restaurant of the luxury hotel the Chateau de Valmer Spa Hotel. Chef Jimmy Coutel gained his first Michelin star at La Palmeraie in 2017. Creating cuisine inspired by his organic vegetable garden and fresh seasonal produce he serves gastronomic dishes to excite the tastebuds. Recipes are rooted in Mediterranean and Provencal traditions and reflect to perfection the spirit of the location, authenticity, respect for nature and local produce.
