Grimaud is a short drive from St. Tropez and is another beautiful seaside town. It stretches up into the hills where the medieval town still lies. The narrow streets and archways are still present in the old town and the cunning water way system is still visible and was once used to bring water to the town from over 3km away.

    Cogolin's 14th century hilltop clock tower is all of what is left of its original castle, which was destroyed in 1579 during the Religious Wars. It now dominates the town creating an imposing view.

Leaving from the Tourist office in the centre of town head towards the folk museum. Before reaching the museum, cross the road then after a few meters go down the small road to the left 'Chemin de l'Enclos'. After 350m go down to the right, then after 30m turn left again onto Chemin de la Castellane. After having crossed the area of La Reparade turn right at the crossroad, near the burial site of the Grimaud families.
Continue straight on towards La Vicairie and after 400m at the crossroad take a left onto Chemin Mignonne. After the steep hill you will reach the departmental road, turn left and continue down Immeuble Beausoleil and return to the tourist office and the start of the route.
