Yacht crews take to the streets to celebrate
Perhaps the most anticipated on-land event organised during the Voile de Saint-Tropez is the highly colourful and comic 'Parade of Crews'.
'Le défilé des équipages' or parade of crews has become an institution in Saint Tropez and will see people going to some serious lengths to have the best costumes for their crew. Despite the more competitive nature of the in-water event, the yacht crews also know how to party and last night was a prime example of fun, frolics and letting their hair down to party in Saint Tropez.
A great spectacle for onlookers last night's parade brought music, dancing, 60s inspired outfits and Vespa-style segways.
