Lagerfeld in Saint Tropez

The German fashion designer who is the creative director of fashion houses Chanel and Fendi as well his own label, is a frequent visitor to the port town of Saint Tropez.

Often seen with his personal secretary, protector and companion Sebastien Jondeau, the illustrious Karl Lagerfeld is easy to spot with his unique sense of style. Always smart in a tailored suit, unconventional shirt and tie, dark sunglasses, his white hair swept back into a ponytail and trade mark gloves, he cuts quite the dashing figure for an 82 year-old.

“Whenever I’m with Karl, I drive his car. We have two Rolls-Royces: a black one in Paris and a blue convertible in Monaco. No, Karl’s hair doesn’t fly out of his ponytail in a convertible. It doesn’t move!”, says Sebastien Jondeau.

And as one of the busiest men in the fashion industry it is no wonder that Jondeau accompanies him even on holiday. When talking to Harper's Bazaar in 2015, Jondeau admitted that when in the South of France it is around 75% holiday and 25% work.

It looks like these virgin mojitos in the popular port side bar Senequier in Saint Tropez are part of that 75%...
