New internet sensation Mayor Herve Blanche of Rochefort
French Hip Hop Mayor Steals The Show. This rather unusual video has been a YouTube hit! It shows the Mayor of Charente- Maritime port Rochefort, in the west of France, as he performs some hip hop classic moves with pro's Tony Merguez and Aziz Texas Couscous.
Tony decided to make the film about the town of Rochefort as he wanted to show the town from an original and fun angle. Luckily the Mayor feels the same way and was more than happy to get involved in the project saying that he "did not want to be seen as just another mayor".
