Chateau Volterra Vineyard, Ramatuelle

Imprint
Updated

Located between Saint Tropez and Ramatuelle, Château Volterra occupies a prominent position on the Saint Tropez peninsula.

In the 1930's and 1940's the château was an iconic part of the Saint Tropez cultural and artistic scene. In 1999 it was restored and updated. The château, with its magnificent gardens, impressive vineyards, and breath-taking views, has been hailed as one of the most spectacular properties on the Côte d’Azur.

The goal is to produce a Côtes de Provence that ranks among the finest wines of the world. The reds have depth and complexity not normally found in Côtes de Provence wines. The whites display a sophisticated aroma with a hint of citrus and reward with a fresh clean finish in the mouth. The Rosé is fruit forward with a pale salmon colour.
