Home of the wonderful rose of Château Sainte Roseline, this appelation covers an area of 108 hectares.

Eleven different grape varieties are grown - Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon for the red wine, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Tibouren for rose and Rolle and Sémillon and Clairette for the white wine.

Tours and tastings are available at this winery, including a group guided tour of the Chapel, Cloister and cellar, followed by a tasting of the wines. THis must be booked in advance and is for a minimum of 15 people.

When to come

The cellar is open every day from 9:00 to 19:00, and 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00 on Saturday and Sunday. The staff are multi lingual, and a guided tour of the cellars is available Monday to Friday at 14:30, followed by a tasting. this short tour takes around 20 minutes.
