Wine has been made at Chateau de Berne since 1750, and many of its current vintages have won awards.
Free wine tastings, guided tours and a well stocked shop are available. You can also rent a bicycle to explore the estate along mountain trails. Tours and wine tastings are available throughout the year and they also offer an audio guide tour which you can do on your own. Walking around with a brand new tactile tablet it provides audio comments, pictures and videos so that you get a maximum of information about what you can see on the estate.
It is part of a bigger complex which includes the luxurious Hotel Chateau de Berne.
When to come
Open daily from 10:00 to 19:00 in summer, and from 10:00 until 18:00 in the winter.
