A repertory of essential savours that have travelled from the Provence to the county of Nice, from Liguria to the Piedmont region, including the Principality of Monaco. Living memory of a Riviera turned towards the sea and the morning dew, this bountiful and generous nature invites itself early to market, and expresses itself with talent under the helm of Chef Vincent Maillard and his teams.
The restaurant is open every evening from end-April - mid-October. Weekdays from 20:00-23:30, Fridays and Saturdays, and every night in July and August from 20:00-00:30.
