In a heartfelt message to supporters and fans on her Twitter, Facebook and website Pamela Anderson explains why she has withdrawn from the collaboration with Chef Christophe Leroy in her first vegan restaurant venture in Saint Tropez.

Stating a lack of respect and mistreatment of staff as the reason for the closure it appears that Pamela has ceased this new venture due to her ethics and integrity. Her statement read as follows -

"I have disappointing news. Due to circumstances out of my control I have to remove my name from the collaboration with Christophe Leroy. This was a labor of love for the Animals to showcase a sexy vegan experience in my favorite village-
St Tropez. It did not meet expectations or agreements. I cannot condone the mistreatment of staff or complete lack of respect. I’m extremely disappointed in this missed opportunity but, will keep finding creative ways to help animals and vulnerable people all over the world. I’m sorry, Pamela
"

The ex-Baywatch star opened La Table du Marche by Pamela on Tuesday 4th July 2017. Known for her admiration of Brigitte Bardot, Pamela Anderson has been vocally campaigning for animal rights in France for many years now. She clearly feels at home here in Saint Tropez so we'll keep our ears to the ground for news of her next venture.
