At the heart of the hotel, next to the pool, le "B" evolves in keeping with your whims. Breakfast in the shade of lemon trees, lunch by the pool, cocktails at sunset, dinner on the terrace, a hunger pang during the night, whatever time, day or night, le "B" will grant your slightest whim.

At dinner time, the " Byni’z" concept is there for you: a waltz of small dishes and titbits directly inspired by mezze, kemia, antipasti, tapas and other deluxe finger foods.

Buffet breakfast is served until noon, whilst evening service is until 2am. Customised dishes are available on demand.

Provencal country cooking with a contemporary twist, this restaurant is tucked away in the heart of the old quarter and boasts recipes from the South of France.

The story of a brother and a sister who have a common passion: the love of cooking and sharing. Sonia and Stéphane Avelin have worked hard over the years to build their reputation. They use only fresh and local products and everything is home made.

Open every evening for dinner during the summer except Tuesdays; every evening in July and August; Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings in winter.

This family business created by Jacques Cadel and now run by his daughter Marie-Anne, offers a simple and traditional Provencal cuisine. It has managed to stay clear of fashions and to preserve its conviviality.

Tables overlook the sea where guests are served simple and traditional Provencal cuisine.

The house speciality is Mussels Pesquiere. Open daily, from end of March to end of November. They serve food continuously from 09:00 until midnight.

A favourite with former president Jacques Chirac this café is the perfect place from which to people watch, and the coffee is pretty excellent too.

Also one of Joan Collins' favourite spots to hang out and people watch, this place couldn't be better situated to enjoy the comings and goings of Saint Tropez and the yachting life that people enjoy so much. With a long history this cafe has enjoyed life in the port since 1887!

A great cafe, bar and late night restaurant. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and a big night out!

Head chef, Alain Salles, has learned from the best, working alongside Joël Robuchon or Ghislaine Arabian.

Originally from Carcassone, Salles creates dishes with fresh local produce and a distinct French flavour. This small restaurant offers you a warm welcome and is nestled in the narrow streets of the old town of Saint Tropez. Let yourself be carried away by the foie gras bread with its jam of onions with mango or the risotto of prawns and crispy vegetables with its parmesan tile.

7. Bar du Port

One of the trendiest bars in Saint Tropez, the Bar du Port has been in the Chaix family since 1963, and with the architect Chrisophe Pillet, the owners have recently updated the decor.

Now it has been renovated to a high standard with wood, leather, metal and marble, all working in harmony to give a more natural, modern, yet old-world feel. The menu from Chef Jacky Quenet features quality product, organic and local with great regional recipes.

Open all year round from 7am for breakfast, lunch and evening drinks. One of the few places to be open during the winter months this cocktail bar offers great nightlife in the off-season. There is a live DJ playing funky house and the party atmosphere gets lively into the small hours.

8. L'Auberge des Maures Restaurant

This lovely Provencal house is home to the oldest restaurant in Saint Tropez and the place for authentic Provencal specialities. Open for dinner from March to November.

Open for lunch and dinner on the terrace in the garden or in winter, in the great hall by the fire. The menu offers flavours of Provence with house specialities of barigoule artichokes, grilled lobster and sea bass with sage.

Reservations are recommended up to two months in advance!
