Enjoy our Chef's specialities such as yellow tail sashimi with chilli and yuzu soy sauce, black cod with saikyo-yaki miso or rock shrimp tempura.

2. Colette Restaurant

Renowned for its fine and distinguished cuisine, the talented chef creates tasty southern flavoured compositions served on the luxury terrace.

Surrounded by olive and palm trees, overlooking the swimming pool in a relaxed atmosphere at the Hotel Sezz you can enjoy a wide selection of meat and fish on a wood fire grill. Dishes are prepared with saffron, yuzu, cumin or rosemary for an exotic twist on the traditional Mediterranean cuisine.

There is a DJ set 7 days a week in July and August and every weekend in June and September.

The restaurant is closed every lunch time, except on Sundays, as well as Monday and Tuesday evenings. Open 7 days a week in July and August. Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 11:00. Lunch 12:30 to 14:30 and dinner from 19:30 to 22:30.

3. The Pationata Restaurant

This restaurant is situated within the luxury Hotel de Paris and is run by the Michelin Starred chef Philippe Guerin.

The sophisticated interior is decorated in a chic style drawing on fashions from the sixties and seventies with wicker walls and ceilings, floors laid with wide black granite tiles, chandeliers with metal pendants and yellow curtains with geometric patterns. Al-fresco dinning among the orange trees can also be enjoyed during the summer months on the restaurants beautiful terrace.

To match this stylish atmosphere is elegant Mediterranean cuisine that is full of flavour, using fresh local products. The menu, which is re-invented each season, includes seafood dishes, meat dishes as well as pastas and risottos.

As well as a la carte options, the restaurant offers a very reasonable three course quality menu for €50.

Naturally, as such a high class establishment, the restaurant has its very own wine cellar with over 350 outstanding wines so you are sure to find the perfect tipple to accompany your food.

The restaurant is open for breakfast from 7:00 daily and evening meal only between 19:00 - 22:00 or 20:00 - 23:30 in the high season.

Open to all, the starred restaurant provides an opportunity to get to know La Réserve Ramatuelle in the most delicious possible manner.

True to his style, Chef Eric Canino remains at the helm of a restaurant reputed for its culinary creativity and offers cuisine as light as a gentle breeze under the immaculate white sail shades on the terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean.

Initially chef for Michel Guérard prior to becoming Executive Chef at La Réserve Ramatuelle, Eric Canino plays with the authentic flavours of the South, a land endowed with an inherently generous nature.

This is the restaurant of the luxury hotel the Chateau de Valmer Spa Hotel. Chef Jimmy Coutel gained his first Michelin star at La Palmeraie in 2017. Creating cuisine inspired by his organic vegetable garden and fresh seasonal produce he serves gastronomic dishes to excite the tastebuds. Recipes are rooted in Mediterranean and Provencal traditions and reflect to perfection the spirit of the location, authenticity, respect for nature and local produce.

This new establishment offers visitors a wonderful array of options, from a chilled out Port side coffee or bottle of champagne, to fine dining and delicious seafood delights, and finally live music and dancing in one of the hippest late night bars in the Port.

Whether you choose to sit inside or out the décor and environment is light and airy with a lovely modern twist whilst still retaining the fine dining experience that we have come to expect in Saint Tropez. With attentive waiters and delicious food it is a pleasure to sit here and watch the world of the Port go by. A great spot for some people watching or celebrity spotting. 

When it gets dark this turns into one of the most fun places to be in Saint Tropez, with flame throwers, exotic dancers, violin players and much more to entertain you. There are a number of resident DJs who spin the beats late into the night.

Young chef Geoffrey Poësson started as a master pattisier in the USA and Monaco, until he opened his own restaurant in Sainte Maxime. His creativity, techniques and imagination have earned him his first Michelin star, with creations based on local produce generating new flavours and textures.

There are various tasting menus to choose from, changing daily. You can also purchase one of their gift vouchers to give someone an unique experience: a dinner or a cookery course.

9. Le Patio Restaurant

This Italian restaurant remains one of the most popular in Saint Tropez. Nestled in the garden of the Le Yaca hotel with large umbrellas, reflections on the outdoor pool and a peaceful environment.

Inside, the restaurant - slightly below the terrace - reminds us of the history of the place with its 18th century wrought iron railings and old tiles. Beige, unbleached, brown and gold tones. Comfortable armchairs and discreet lights set the tone!

At weekends live bands accompany your dinner in this intimate garden.

A buffed and bronzed clientele enjoy the casual sea-shanty atmosphere and highly visible Vieux Port terrace tables. The menu includes seafood platters and delicious gourmet dishes.

This elegant restaurant is known for its fish and seafood specialities and Provencal cuisine. On the menu are whole grilled fish, paella and the local dish of bouillabaisse. It is open all year round from midday to midnight, although during busy periods it is definitely recommended to make a reservation.

The restaurant opens out with glass doors and windows at the front to give great views over the marina and port of Saint Tropez. The decor is bright and airy with white tables and elegant table decorations.
