A magical place that gives you the feeling of being suspended between sky and sea, overlooking the sunbaked rooftops of Saint-Tropez and the wonderful Mediterranean Sea.

Les Toits (meaning 'the roofs' in French) is a wonderful lounge situated at the top of the Hotel de Paris. At lunchtime, the sunny terrace welcomes you for a light meal of salads and grilled meat or fish, whilst the evening menu offers a dinner reflecting aromatic Mediterranean flavours. On Sundays, on the Indian summer, a delicious brunch proposes culinary delights. In season, at aperitif time, begin the evening sipping a glass of Champagne, an exceptional wine or a signature cocktail.

2. La Badiane Restaurant, Sainte Maxime

This restaurant boasts an elegant dining room where you can enjoy a seasonal balanced menu based on regional produce with simple but very imaginative dishes.

Young chef Geoffrey Poësson started as a master pattisier in the USA and Monaco, until he opened his own restaurant in Sainte Maxime. His creativity, techniques and imagination have earned him his first Michelin star, with creations based on local produce generating new flavours and textures.

There are various tasting menus to choose from, changing daily. You can also purchase one of their gift vouchers to give someone an unique experience: a dinner or a cookery course.
