There's no better place to look fit and beautiful than in the glamorous village of Saint Tropez. Luckily there are plenty of options if you want to keep your fitness up while on holiday in this amazing part of the world.

Saint Tropez has some brilliant facilities and public spaces for keeping fit, so there’s no excuse to stop your exercise regime, and there are definitely worse places to burn some calories. Plus, you can always justify sinking your teeth into another piece of flaky, custardy, delicious Tarte Tropezienne from the local bakery after your workout.

Hit the trails

The trails of the Sentier du Littoral are perfect for stretching your legs. This is a stunning coastal walk that you’d be mad to miss, so forget the treadmill and get out to walk along the wild edges and soft sandy beaches of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. It’s seven miles from Saint Tropez to the famous Pampellonne Beach and it can be a bit rocky at times so don’t forget plenty of water, sunscreen and good walking shoes.
